About this Provider

The Pre-Amphibious Training Program (PA) targets youth ages 5-9 years old with a focus on fundamental aquatic skills for beginners and stroke development for intermediate swimmers. PA sessions include training in:
water safety & confidence
water entry & exit
face under & resurfacing
floating
controlled breathing
yoga and mediation session, and
CPR certification available for PA parents
